The grapes were de-stemmed into a vats, anaerobic conditions were created. These remained under these conditions for 10 days, after these 10 days they were pressed in a vertical press. Fermentation in stainless steel vats where it aged for about 3 months. Production: 700 units

- TASTING NOTES -

Open color wine, violet tones. On the nose it has fresh red fruit, some banana notes associated with carbonic maceration. Very elegant tannins, good acidity.
It is a very balanced wine.
