Artisans Terroir is a recent producer of wines, of limited editions, which are around 260 to 300 bottles, and each year produces a barrel of each of its references. From the hands of this young Winemaker Mauro Azóia, wines are produced with minimal intervention, unfiltered and naturally stabilized. These are wines from the Lisbon region, on clay-limestone soils, despite being sold as table wine without year and variety. All of their wines have a purpose, nothing is left to chance, they tell a story that puts our mind and senses to the test. His first wine was P de Penélope, in honor of his niece Penélope, who represents the arrival of a new member to the family, ingenuity, joy and tradition. Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled temperature. Aging for 9 months in used French oak barrels with batonage.
