Artisans Terroir is a recent producer of wines, of limited editions, which are around 260 to 300 bottles, and each year produces a barrel of each of its references.
From the hands of this young Winemaker Mauro Azóia, wines are produced with minimal intervention, unfiltered and naturally stabilized.
These are wines from the Lisbon region, on clay-limestone soils, despite being sold as table wine without year and variety.
All of their wines have a purpose, nothing is left to chance, they tell a story that puts our mind and senses to the test.
Gandim is a tribute to his Father, whom he treated for Gandim especially when he missed the phone, during the trips he made around the world to harvest and learn about different cultures.
Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled temperature. It aged in French oak barrels used for 20 months.
